I will tailor an individual plan to your specific needs including amount of weight you wish to lose and the time span as well as allowing for your activity levels. This will be based on our initial one hour FREE consultation where I will also explain how your body works and why the Cambridge Weight Plan is so effective.

You can visit me at Ruskington (near Sleaford) or I can travel to your home as I cover Lincoln, Boston, Grantham and Louth as well as everywhere between. You can pay by cash or cheque, or you can pre-order and pay online by Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal.
Consultations are free you pay only for the meals you order. Visits are weekly if you come to me at Ruskington or fortnightly if I visit you. Replacement meals are likely to cost less than you currently spend on food and drink.

The map shows the extent of the area I can cover and this is something where I have a contractual obligation to meet personally with you at least once per month!

When I come to visit you this is fortnightly, please ensure you order sufficient quantities to keep you going to my next visit. The cost of my travelling to you is free, subject to a minimum order of 14 meals. You may order a maximum of one months worth of products at any one time and I must see you before providing further items. If you order a months worth you can still have a two weekly visit.
When ordering a lot of any one flavour of product (more than 21) it is preferable that you make me aware in advance so that I can ensure sufficient stock in time to supply you.
Order Form for Orders relating to a booked Consultation
Instructions: Type the amount into the box and then click the blue button before moving on to the next item (a light green message will pop up). When finished go to cart where you can check and revise the quantities. Clicking the blue button without entering a number will place one of that item in the trolley. You can alter the amount when visiting the cart or clear the cart and start again.
When you have placed and paid for the order you will get an email receipt within a few minutes. If you do not get that email then please ring me so that I can check if it has gone through ok.
